“Watson, The game is afoot”. Sorry, Sir Arthur Ignatius Conan Doyle, I just couldn’t help myself. There most definitely is a massive amount of gamesmanship going on in front of the camera and behind the scenes.

“Freedom Of Information” Think about the meaning of those 3 words. Information and Truth should not be held hostage.

Boy, 1996 was a very good year if you were looking for truth. Do the initials “JG” mean anything to you? It should. 15, unbelievable. More on that later.

Remember, they told us “Nero fiddled while Rome burned”. Supposedly, Nero was not a nice ruler. He preferred to play music instead of dealing with his citizens. Kind of like the irreverence shown to America by the current occupier of the big White House on Pennsylvania Avenue in D.C. town as the entire country disintegrates into chaos and madness all around us.

While all of this is going on to placate the masses on MSM, alliances are being forged and enemies are being exposed behind the scenes. Which parties are continuing on with their part of the plan and which ones have abandoned ship and are now drowning in the “Swamp”? There remains a loyal group of Trump supporters that have emerged from the hoard of wannabes. One thing that we know about President Trump is how much he values loyalty. Fair weather friends and business associates come and go, and will be dealt with accordingly, either financially or politically as the game continues. Political careers and businesses will either be made or broken in the coming months based on their ideologies and their steadfast adherence to the MAGA agenda even while Trump is not in office.

I hope you're all paying attention. The next 16 months and beyond will see our world transformed in ways you won't believe. They've just been setting up the board behind the scenes. Now comes implementation. They have been assembling the pieces and the players for the final endgame.

I hope, for those of you who have read more than this article on my Substack, that you realize I’m trying to wake people up to the reality of the world we live in. Hopefully, my writings will show you that the many people in our Government, Banking institutions, Intelligence agencies and all those high positions we give our trust and respect too have an agenda. For the majority of them, that agenda does not have our best interest anywhere in the equation.

Let’s get into the reasons I chose to write this article. Let’s see about Government contractors and why they are so important to the bad guys, the military and those 3 letter agencies. I’ve written about lots and lots of money. I have also written about government and political corruption until I’m sick of both subjects, but it never ends so I’ll jump back into the mud again.

How much of America’s “Black Budget” is for the Military, the CIA, the FBI and other clandestine agencies? How much of it is really for the good of the country, and how much enhances the coffers of the these 3 letter agencies, the Deep State and the Military Industrial Complex? That grey area is where a lot of these independent contractors can be found.

It is my understanding that there are multiple reasons that our Government, Military and those evil 3 letter agencies use independent contractors, but there is one reason that appears to rise above the others, and I personally believe that it’s by design and not happenstance. Yes, I’m sure there are exceptions to my statement below, but I believe those are very rare.

Plausible Deniability. It is my understanding that “Independent Contractors Are Not Subject To FOIA Requests”. The public has no access to the backroom, “Black Budget” deals that have been made with these groups. I’m quite certain there are oversight committees by the dozens attempting to see behind the curtain, but I would also bet that very few do, and then only get a glimpse and not the whole picture.

All the CIA, FBI or Military has to say is. “It’s a matter of National Security” and I’m quite certain most of the investigations and questions by Congress stop. There is a protocol and a Chain Of Command that I’m certain gets abused on a daily basis.

When he first meets Avery, Mitch asks how far he should bend the law. Avery tells him “as far as you can without breaking it”.

That’s lawyerspeak for get away with everything you can as long as you don’t get caught. You know that phrase “It’s better to ask forgiveness than to get permission.” I believe that is how much of this obfuscation of information takes place.

Guess what happened on Wednesday, January 1st, 1997? One of the many laws and statutes meant to hide information from the public.

New Statute Protects Contractor Proposals

One of the many questionable activities that the administration of former President (Barry) Barrack Obama instigated was in 2016. From ZeroHedge:

Presidents and Congress pass laws to protect many of these unethical, illegal, clandestine actions from ever being known about or discussed. We, the public, are not allowed to even question the actions of our own government on a lot more matters than you realize.

Along with the above mentioned disastrous Bill, The Obama administration signed into law the ability for banks to no longer disclose certain information to the public about many things. I believe this was to protect a lot of these clandestine operations, “Off The Books” blag bag Military and CIA actions that had to be funded around the world. Many of which, we have come to find out since, were illegal. Think Back to Hillary & Benghazi which I have mentioned along with other similar activities in my “Operation Stillpoint” & “What Was Supposed To Happen In 2012?” articles.

Many of these “PMCs/Private Military Companies” like “Blackwater”,, “Triple Canopy” and others were discussed in my previous article: “Slush Funds/Dark Money/Black Budgets”. These PMCs aren’t just used by the Military, but also used by the CIA and other organizations worldwide for all kinds of operations we will never know about because FOIA does not extend to “Private Contractors” and those “Black Budget” line items in that Congressional Spending/Appropriations Bill.

Here is what I think is the most important question of this entire article.

“Which banks are these funds transferred through to facilitate this “Black Budget” business and what concessions are given to these institutions for their participation? Will these banks survive this transition into the new “QFS” world?

How many accounts are tagged for all of this “Behind The Scenes” illegal activity. Is that why many of these banks also get a pass on many of their financial shenanigans like JP Morgan and all of the LIBOR rigging that went on for decades? These banks keep the Fed/Treasury secrets about all of these hidden gold accounts that are used in the financial and market rigging that we see everyday. The Stock Markets are rigged. The prices of gold, silver & platinum are rigged. The price of the commodities markets are all rigged and these banks are all willing participants and have been for decades. Which bank, or banks are the favorites of the CIA for all of that “Nefarious” activity that we only hear about decades later.

Here is the official government FOIA website “Office Of Information Policy”, where you would go to submit a FOIA request. I found 121 agencies, foundations, organizations, trusts and others that you can request information from, and about. My question to you is how many more do we not have access too?

You know the old adage?

I believe this is the reality of our political system and all that is hidden from the public: “If laws are broken that are never exposed, did it really happen?” The only time they ever come clean is if they get caught.

It’s easy to take a wrong turn and end up in lots of places you don’t want to be when doing research into some of this stuff. In doing research for my article “The Finders”, someone’s name kept popping up. Someone you all know. Some guy named Jeffrey Epstein. If one is to believe the stories (most of which I personally believe are based in truth), Epstein and Maxwell were a front for not only Mossad, but also the CIA to blackmail anyone and everyone who took part in all of that sick, depraved, unmentionable activity on his island and at his many residences and parties elsewhere. You don’t have to actually have the power if you can control the “Power Players” and Politicians from behind the curtain.

That’s something else I have a major problem discussing. “Fines”. Companies all over the world break the law all the time because they make more money breaking the law than the fines that are generated from all of the illegal activity. It’s a matter of commerce. The cost of doing business. $75 million dollars is an insult, at least in my mind, for all of the pain and suffering Epstein caused these children, young women and families for his decades of debauchery at his handlers’ request.

That brings me to one of my favorite places to visit on the entire internet. A place where “Truth”, no matter how painful or uncomfortable it may be, can be found. A place I have visited for many years in my own personal search for satori. A place where FOIA lives and grows, almost on a daily basis. That place is:

There is a silver lining in all of this FOIA finagling that goes on, at least in my mind. The good guys also have people like the Department Of Defense’s biggest independent contractor Elon Musk with Twitter/X and Starlink that have a lot of secrets as well. And he is willing to share, unlike the bad guys.

Just yesterday, Elon made a statement.

It sounds to me like that “Freedom Of Information” won’t need a request, it will be given willingly. In one of my original articles that I wrote in December of 2022 called “Puzzle Pieces”, I talked a lot about Elon Musk and what I believe were the events that had happened and were taking place. I mentioned that I felt some of those Starlink Satellites that he was lunching had Military capabilities and had already been used by the NSA for good. I may have been optimistic or they are finally letting us know because of timing. Here is a September 28th, 2023 article on the techcrunch.com website from a few days ago entitled:

As we get deeper into 2023 it is time for a little speculation and that “Q” homage to the brilliant John McTiernan movie “The Hunt For Red October”.

“Below The Depths Of The D.C. Swamp/The Hunt Is On” “Q” post 3850. “In the invisible war for the future of our Republic, the tables are now turned. And now, the…….Hunters Become The Hunted”. Will this be the “Red October” for Ukraine and the Deep State? I believe the Patriots are in control. Future proves past.

Murder is committed in your name everyday, so is rape, robbery, extortion and a million other crimes against the Constitution of this country and every country on the planet, as well as multiple crimes against humanity. These “Independent Contractors” operate in the shadows, just outside of the reach of the law and FOIA. This has to change. FOIA, like everything else, comes down to intent. Is this obfuscation being used for good or evil. Both may be necessary but when is too much way past enough?

We know Elon recently changed the name of Twitter to “X”. As time goes on and he launches more of those military satellites and does other things, wouldn’t you like to see all those X-Files be revealed. I would, even more so than the ones involving Mulder and Scully.

Always Remember “There Is No Expiration Date On The Truth”.

Never forget “The Truth Doesn’t Come Looking For You In A Forest Of Lies, You Must Seek It Out To Ever Find It”.
